STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT

1. Go to https://www.kleosafrica.com
2. Click on Sign In/Register at the upper right hand corner

3. If you don’t have an account, register
4. Type in your full name, email, username, phone number, country and password. Agree to the terms and policy
6. Wait a few minutes, then check your email Inbox or Spam folder for the confirmation email.
7. Click on the link to verify your email address.

STEP 2: CREATE A PROFILE

1. Return to https://www.kleosafrica.com
2. Sign in with your email and password
3. Click on ‘’Be a Consultant’’ at the upper right hand corner of the page.

4. If you are registering as an individual, put in your first name only or a nickname, not your full (first and last name).
5. If you are registering as a company, put an abbreviation, not your full company name
6. Upload your picture
7. Choose 1-2 skills from the drop-down menu
8. Choose 1 area of specialization
9. Choose your experience level
10. Put your bank and account number
11. Put your schools attended (optional)
12. Put your certificate/awards (optional)
13. Create a brief description about you, highlighting your skills, years of experience, strengths and the reasons why you should be hired
14. Submit

STEP 3: CREATE A GIG

1. Return to https://www.kleosafrica.com
2. Sign in with your email and password
3. Click on ‘Create New Gig’’ at the upper right hand corner of the page.

4. Put in the Gig Title e.g: ‘’I can create a business plan’’
5. Choose the category e.g. ‘’Business Plan’’
6. About the Gig: Explain why business plans are important and why your business plans are unique and special
7. Put in the price of your service
8. Indicate the time of delivery
9. Indicate what you will require from the buyer in order to get started e.g. a questionnaire
10. Upload one picture that illustrates the service e.g. the image of a completed business plan. You can download this from the Internet.
11. Publish the gig
12. Create as many gigs as possible representing the services you can offer on Kleos Africa.

STEP 4: EXECUTE A PROJECT

1. When a client is interested in working with you, you will receive an email from KleosAfrica inviting you to an interview.
2. Please reply to invitations within 24 hours. Clients appreciate prompt replies. And responding promptly to all invitations improves your responsiveness score on your profile.
3. Click the red button to start the chat. Say Hello to start your interview. Client will respond when available
4. When the client pays, you will be notified via email of your new contract. Please endeavor to deliver to agreed timelines and be professional, as you will be rated.
5. If you need clarification, chat with the client on the platform.
6. When you submit your deliverable, wait for the final confirmation from the client.
7. Upon receiving the final confirmation from the client that the job is completed, you will be paid within 24 hours.
