We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and converting prospective small businesses eager to benefit from our SME Growth Voucher program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Contact and engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in the SME Growth Voucher program, nurturing them through the sales funnel to secure their participation.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients to understand their unique needs, explain the program’s benefits, and demonstrate how our services can drive growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and success throughout their journey with us.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering on conversion goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, client details, and sales progress within our CRM system.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or consultative selling environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Adept at identifying client needs and tailoring solutions to match.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or a willingness to learn about it is a bonus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
