STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT

1. Go to https://www.kleosafrica.com
2. Click on Sign In/Register at the upper right hand corner

3. If you don’t have an account, register
4. Type in your full name, email, username, phone number, country and password. Agree to the terms and policy
5. Wait a few minutes, then check your email Inbox or Spam folder for the confirmation email.
6. Click on the link to verify your email address.

STEP 2: HIRE A CONSULTANT

1. Return to https://www.kleosafrica.com
2. Select desired category from the dropdown menu ‘’Choose Category’’ and click on ‘’Let’s Go’’

3. Browse the selection of gigs available – view profiles and compare prices
4. Select your desired gig
5. Click on ‘’Invite for Interview’’ and state what you need from the consultant in the drop-down box. Click send. The consultant should respond within 24 hours.

6. When you have confirmed that the consultant is available for the job, go back to the gig and click ‘’Order Now.’’
7. After the online payment, the consultant will begin work on the job.
8. While the job is going on, you can send messages through the platform to the consultant.
9. When the job is completed, you will get a notification email.
10. You will then log in to confirm this. Please rate the consultant and provide feedback on the engagement.
11. After your confirmation, the consultant will be paid.
